The Race Track Chaplaincy at Penn National seeks to meet with excellence, the spiritual, emotional, physical, social, and educational needs of horse racing’s work force so they can experience God’s love first hand. The RTCA is a national organization of Chaplains from several denominations that serve the men, women, and children of the horse racing industry. The role of the Chaplain is primarily to serve the people who work with the horses on the backstretch and front side of the track. The Chaplains, the Board of Directors, and the Local Councils all share a love for the Lord Jesus Christ and share in His love with the people of this industry. As a Christian ministry we strive to enrich the lives of the people we serve through the effectiveness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  The Lord has been very faithful in blessing His Chaplaincy ministry here at Penn  National. It has been encouraging  to see how many people are behind this vital ministry.  It takes real teamwork to accomplish God’s purposes  for the people at  Penn National.
